We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds & Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be eligible for a refund if a valid and verifiable reason is provided. Valid reasons include, but are not limited to, damaged items upon arrival, defective products, or incorrect items received.

Refund requests based on customer error, such as placing an order by mistake, ordering the wrong item, size, or color, or changing one’s mind after purchase, are not accepted.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded. At this stage, the order is considered final, as shipping and fulfillment services have already been completed.

Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all order details before completing their purchase. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with the above conditions.
